I have a 2000 Silverado Z-71 and I want to know how low the front bumper?

I want my lower front bumper to further clearance on the front side between the bumper and fender side to mount some department warning lights for the fire. I want my lower bumper front and fender clearance on the other side between the front bumper and side panels to Mount Warning some lights for the fire department. Is there any way the I Shares bolt that holds it to contact them to below? I need fall only like half an inch.

If you do not want to fabricate, to custom Bumper mounts get a 1-2 cm body lift and do not put on the new bumper mounts that come with the kit … The only thing is, the truck would look dorky has large wheels.
